Cancellation Policy
If you don't see the day/time required, please call or text (832) 813-8343 to see if we can make adjustments to the availability. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, or the full cost will be charged. We charge a $100 cancellation fee, if you cancel the session within four hours or onsite at the property. If the weather isn’t good (e.g, raining, snowing, etc.), we will defer to you to determine if the session needs to be rescheduled. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that the session is confirmed, and the interior session will be completed. If you want the exterior session scheduled for another time, there will be a $50 fee to cover the exterior session. Please contact us in advance to discuss.
